Rates: (Plus Sales Tax 9.75%)

• Week Days: $150 a night (Monday through Thursday)

• Weekend: $200 a night (Friday through Sunday)

• Full Week: $1000 for Saturday through Friday Night

• Holiday: $250 per night (3 Night Minimum)

Reservation Procedure:

• Reservation/Security Deposit - A $300 reservation/security deposit must be received within 5 days of reservation request. Once the 5 days has past, the requested reservation is forfeited unless the deposit is received. The deposit will be refunded and mailed to you within 10 days of check-out provided there are no damages or missing items.  The reservation/security deposit cannot be applied toward the rental balance.

• Rental Fees - Half of the rental amount, plus 9.75% TN sales tax, is due 30 days prior to stay. The remaining balance is due 7 days before check-in.

Reservation restrictions and rules:

• Renter must be 25 years of age

• Check-in is at 2:00PM EST. Check-out is at 10:00AM EST

• Approval is required, in advance, for any additional guests when exceeding maximum occupancy of 8 ($10 per additional guest).

• No Smoking - Violation of this policy will result in automatic forfeiture of deposit and immediate eviction without refund.

• No Pets - Violation of this policy will result in automatic forfeiture of deposit and immediate eviction without refund.

• No Diving from the dock

• Small children should be attended to at all times

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 days or more prior to stay:  In the event cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to stay, a full refund will be issued for the rental and deposit amounts.

• Less than 30 days prior to stay:  In the event cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to stay, the reservation/security deposit will not be refunded. The rental amount and sales tax will be refunded in full.
